Came across a study on net were the rise in the rate of teen pregnancy was been reported. This increase was some how attributed / linked to the increase in funding for the abstinence only program. This i find misleading and wrong since i' ve never heard or known of a teenager getting pregnant as a result of abstinence, non availability or teaching of contraception methods. But it is always and always through teen SEX.
