This movie focuses on murder, robbery, kidnapping and all other forms of criminal activities being executed in a certain ghetto. Here we are taken to a particular ghetto named Holy City where many have died to become the Bishop of the ghetto and again many would still die to be the Bishop. Within this ghetto are some hidden treasures which will constantly cause battle for those who want to be the Bishop of the ghetto.
