Damilola is an R&B/soul singer, raised in Lagos. With her musical background in classical music and gospel, she tends to compose music that speaks from the heart. In the second season of MTN Project fame West Africa she had the opportunity to be one of the 15 contestants selected from the thousands of people who auditioned across the continent’s western region.
She is also an architect by profession and has performed with some of Nigeria’s most talented Thespians in musical stage plays like Heartbeat and Rubiewe by the Garden theatre and Pawstudios respectively. Her official début single “You will see”, was released on the 31st of December, 2012, and got a lot of positive reviews.
She hopes to leave her footprints in the sands of time as a great performer and architect, by inspiring others with her work and being living proof that staying true to oneself and maintaining a positive outlook is the best way to live life…
