MegaXb is an anambarian rapper out of lagos. In 2018, he became famous after his breakout single, “strong thing,” produce by obodorobo, went viral on various media platforms. Real name blessing maduakor, he was born on june 13, 1994 in kaduna. Growing up, he also spent time in ogbomosho oyo state with his oga Droyal From a young age, mega xb showed great interest in music.
Being raised in Lagos , he was no stranger to rough street life. From an early age, mega became affiliated with the perfect money gang. When tension escalated throughout his household, his uncle kicked him out. At 19, he hit the streets; hustling to make ends meet. Initially, rapping was just a side gig. Mega xb never took it seriously and only did it for fun. He was convinced that a lot of young rappers were not making any money. Eventually, the streets caught up to him and he got put behind bars. His time in jail did, however, open his eyes. Upon released, after spending several weeks, he decided to take his music seriously.
