The Lagos base hip-hop/rap artiste, Isaac Ace drops a fresh single as a follow up and come back single after the unofficial and unsuccessful release of his 1st album “IS YOUR BOY” in 2011.
According to a reliable source, the rapper was said to have recorded a song tittled BEND DOWN on June 3rd but was later abandoned due to the fact that the producer in charge travelled to Canada after some days leaving the song’s production unfinished and Isaac Ace with no data to execute the production. This led to a new recording and collaboration with the rnb artiste, Ben Kissy the following month (july 8) when he was invited by his childhood friend and associate, Sir Michael Oguntolu (Muerule) to his crib at Abesan estate, Iyana Ipaja, lagos.
The song was written within 30minutes, recorded, mixed and mastered within 2hours by Kobo, but likewise Rap attack, it samples its beat from “I LOVE YOU” by Shad The Great with the production of Oneymix.
It’s titled IN THE GHETTO, which talks about the thug and ruff life in the ghetto hoods.
After some days of the recording, the song was leaked by Ben Kissy but finally got its release to the internet on the 26th of October 2012, after some editings and replacement of 2nd rap were made.
It caries the name and mark of the newly record label & management own by Isaac Ace, RUZI 213 INC. & WGC ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY.
