Ogbeide Samson Egheose popularly known by his stage name "Voltage MX" is a native of Esan-West local government area of Edo state. Born and brought up in Benin city, Samson received his nursery, primary and secondary education in Benin city where he also gained his likeness and addiction to music. He has been influenced by Nigerian's music guru's, acts like Fela, 2Face, and P square, and other European acts like 2 PAC, lil Wayne, and Eminem. He is an entertainer withholding a sarcastic personality. Having studied modern day artistry in the likes of WizKid, Davido, Mr Eazi, Runtown, 6lack and rappers like M.I, Nasty c, Skepta, J Cole, he promises uniqueness and originality in the music industry. He has much love for the African tradition and culture which he expresses in his music. He is the ideal afro rapper of the next generation.
