Warmate Gabriel Mpakaboari He is real ,have an understanding nature,friendly with all,fun to be with, have a very positive attitude towards life and also a loyal lover. Warmate VIctor Gabriel Mpakaboari is from Kalabari in Rivers State. He was born in Portharcourt and lost his Dad when he was one(1). Victor grew up briefly in D/line, Portharcourt and Krakrama in ASALGA before relocating to Omoku in ONELGA where he has lived all his life with his uncle Mr. Ipalibo Gabriel Warmate(Sir War).The formative years of his education saw him attend Methodist Nursery and Primary School D/line, Port Harcourt ,also attended St Gabriel State School Krakrama wherefrom he received his First School Leaving Certificate. After this, he received his high school education from Community Secondary School,Krakrama and Demonstration Secondary School (FC(E)T) Omoku. before finally settling to study Petroleum Engineering in the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Choba, Rivers State. From this institution he obtained the Certificate in Petroleum Engineering qualification as well as bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering(B.Eng).During his waiting period for service he also obtained a certificate in web design in a three weeks programme organized by Winners Chapel,Oyigbo.
