His vast experience in student counseling, advice, workshop and conferences all over Africa and Europe has made him standout. He is the founder of Glide Foundation, a non profitable organization that helped the less privilege and abandon child, most especially the vulnerable child according to the Child Right Act (CRA) and Convention of the right of the Child (CRC). His impact as a youth leader in his suburb as bring tremendous changes to those children who sees there self as a nuisance, he has made great changes to youths in Ajegunle, Abule egba, Surulere and many other parts in Lagos and out side Lagos.
