Dan Akinlolu is a Nigerian born South African base writer and producer; a one time prize winning writer with South African Writers’ Circle (SAWC) and Australia’s BLM. He holds B.A degree in English (University of Ibadan) and Certificate in Public Relations (University of South Africa) He has contributed and published in literary journals both within and outside Africa including the renowned University of Michigan State’s - The Offbeat (USA), Bruce Cook’s - Author 2008 publication (USA) and features in BLM’s E-zine (Australia). He was the only Africa commissioned by Aim Higher Books (USA) to contribute to the 2004 publication of `The Quest: Alliance’. Though Dan published his first poetry piece with National of Library Poetry, USA, he also had one of his novel judged for the Freedom in Fiction Award, USA. He has a dynamic experience spanning media, literature, public relations and arts. He is the creative director of Quake Media, an editor for author-me (USA) and also work for the largest pay TV firm in Africa MultiChoice Africa. He spends his weekend producing music videos, media consultancy, writing.
