i honestly believe happiness is a choice of attitude. choosing to count your blessings in the midst of trials. Choosing to look at challenges as opportunities to grow. I'm not saying pretend everything is great all the time but even in HORRIBLE situations, there are still things to be truly grateful for and dwelling on those, instead of the bad is definitely good for the soul
