Court grants Ibinabo Fiberesima permission to travel out of the country

Ibinabo Fiberesima was giving permission on monday to travel out of the country for medical treatment for her 3 year old daughter with Fred Amata. Her lawyer succeeded in convincing a Lagos Judge that the mother of three was not going to jump bail.

Ibinabo's international passport and other traveling documents had been impounded by the police following the car accident she was involved in some years back that left a doctor dead.

But to travel out, she was asked to provide a surety with a property anywhere on the Island.
