Born 21st september,1963. Attend primary school in Oke-irhue, Edo state. wrote the General Certificate of Education ordinary level as a private candidate. I late attended Nigerian College of Administration between 188 to1991 after writing the final qualifying examination of the Chartered Institute Administration. between 1998 and 1999 I did a post graduate diploma in shipping, export and petroleum management. ia also certified shipping practitioner,
