Darlington Abuda holds a B.A (Hons) degree in Theatre Arts and a Diploma In Mass Communication.
He has over the past 10 years been a prolific journalist with several of his articles published in reputable newspaper outfits in Nigeria including The Guardian on Saturday, New Age Newspaper and most recently Daily Independent Newspaper where he covered Arts, Culture, Entertainment and Nollywood beats emerging as one of the winners of the maiden edition of the Nigerian Breweries Plc Golden Pen Awards 2009.
His coverage of these beats resulted in his being invited to various international trips including 2008&2009 Durban International Film Festival, The Big Brother Reality Show in South Africa 2009 & a cultural tour of Berlin in 2009 at the behest of the Goethe Institut Lagos.
A consummate communicator, Darlington has worked on pioneering various campus & lifestyle magazines like Kampus Xclusive and AY.
In 2010 Darlington took a sabbatical from active duties at the agency for 10 months to work as Project Manager, Media at Chain Reactions Nigeria, a fast rising Public Relations, Reputation Management And Strategy Development Company and effectively handled clients such as Terra Kulture, Lekki Free Zone, Firstbank Plc and Lagos State Signage And Advertisement Agency (LASAA) to name a few.
