About me

I'm outspoken. I don't fit into any one group. I have very weird tastes. I love the way hot laundry smells, and how sunlight on a stormy day infiltrates my bed room like fingers of light. Macaroni and cheese makes me happy no matter what is wrong. My mother's voice is simultaneously terrifying and soothing, her smile and life makes me thank God and she is the only person I would die for without thinking twice (now anyway.) I bake when I'm angry or have a crush, and the smell of spices brings me too my knees. I love babies and would interrupt God to say "aww baby!" and point like a child myself. I can't stand people who hate people for not fitting into their own perception of normalcy. The only reason I want to drink when I'm twenty-one is because I think that the glasses they come in are attractive (blame Audrey Hepburn and Marylin Monroe.) If you don't like old movies (ex. Anything with Dorris Day, Marylin Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Gregory Peck), The Greats (Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles... etc.), or understand why picking out the right cut of meat and going to Whole Foods is a religious experience... you should be put to death by drawing and quatering and all written evidence of your existence should be erased from memory.
