Parents/friends/family believe that going to college is not a good thing, but it is actually a good thing. people often make fun of people that attend community colleges because they have the preconceived notion that everyone who attends community college is " stupid" . however, just because one goes to a community college doesn' t necessarily mean that at all. some of the smartest and most successful people that i know started at a community college. it really is what you make of it
