Accidents happens, disasters happen, but some have come to be questioned. Drills are conducted mimicking disasters so as to prepare for eventuality of that disaster, i.e Fire drills. So here we have situations where drills happen on previous or same days as the real disaster.............ones.....coincidence, twice.....maybe....Three times or more.....I ask your opinion.....
