Yes, a very simple insect with a story to explain how creation came to be. As you damn well guess, YES, I do know that GOD/ALLAH did not create the house fly. Meaning there is the possibility, a lot more understanding of creation can lead to the elimination of intelligent design being God intervention. If you can prove God created the house fly, take the stage!!! This aint no photo shoot.
