The common occurence this days among pentecostal pastors is visiting of members home on what they call pastoral visitation. During such visits some pastors meddle into the affairs of the family by offering advice on issues that have nothing to do with the family' s spirituality. Some pastors even go to the extent of taking decisions jointly with the wife with the exclusion of the husband on family issues and feel that by virtue of their position the husband will always concur to any decision
