So many things need to be put in place to achieve this, but corruption has eaten so deep that these things cannot take stage that will aid the achieving of the 600MW. The most important of these things is peace in the Niger Delta and this is being toyed with. So how can they have constant supply of gas and the rest to even reach the goal not to talk continuing it?
