4rm last week till date, d ten naira notes has bcome so scarce dat many okada n commercial drivers find it very difficult 2 give changes 2 their passengers.. Before stoping an okada, they will tell u they dnt hav 10 naira change coz they knw it will b difficult 4 them 2 get any.... My change wey dey
