good morning pals,please i need a therapy on how to overcome stress!!my present situation is affecting my productivity at work.like i earlier talked about my boyfrend(now my ex) owing me some money,now he has come and parked his car in front of my office and given me the car keys and documents saying a money lender will come get the car and pay my money.despite the fact that i have told him to take his time and give the money when he has it or when he unfreezes he account..his childishness is stressing me up a whole lot.i just want to ignore him and concentrate @ work.i have given his car docs back to him but he hasnt gone to work today moving up and down saying he must pay me back today.i just want to forget about the situation and work!!please advice.
