When I met my gf few years bck, she told me about herself, she said she lost her virginity due to love for money. Buh, I am nt big on virginity stuffz n she's a cool gal so I wasn't bothered about her past. As a guy, I bliv I should b able to give to my gf or provide somethings for her, funny enough, each time I give my gf something, I noticed dat she'll get me something more expensive than what I gave her, it came a time I started refusing anything she gives me so she started buying stuffz for my younger ones. Then recently we had a misunderstanding, n she said dat I should neva try to boss her around like a puppet, dat she's got her job, her money and an independent mind of her own. She apologised d next day, but d only thing I deduced from her statement is dat, our relationship is based on prooving to herself dat aslong as she has d money, she does nt have to submit to anybody. I feel really bad... I don't knw if anyone understands my feelings at d moment!
