This weekend, my fiancée came for the weekend, at same time, I invited my elder brother and his wife for the weekend, the house was really full.
My fiancee left for her station today b4 my brother and his wife left, I was surprised that my brother called on me and said that I should quit the lady, trying to hear his reason, he said she failed a test, I asked to know what test and who set the test, he said that she didn't wash the plate yesterday immediately she finished eating, I told him I asked her not to cos we were behind scheduled for fellowship, he said no matter how important the place maybe, she ought to have washed the dishes before leaving, hmmm... Even when I commanded? I asked, he said yes, that I should quit her.
I asked if it means that when I give orders in my house, my orders shouldn't be kept?
He said that he has the right to giv out another order in MY HOUSE and it will be kept, if not he won't be coming to my house again, that before I marry any gal, she ought to pass HIS test... he got upset and left.
I began to wonder if I said or did something wrong.
Plz does ur fiancee need to pass a test set by ur family members before she is qualified for marriage?
