My boyfriend was away for 4weeks, and he didn't call me. When he got back he said he was sorry that he didn't call because he couldn't find a good phone and when he did the owner will complain about their phone credit. He said he try emailing me, but he could not get into his account cos he was login from a different location.
Is that a plausible excuse? Should I forgive and forget it?
I really want to believe him but then my friend and aunt said I will b a fool to believe him. I'm just so confuse.

i am a guy of 26, i cant speak english fluently. I always admire when people speak gud english.
