Eat fibre rich foods and try as much to eat three square meals. Also reduce sugar, alcohol intake (2-3 bottles a week is ok). Try as much as possible to exercise your body daily like walking e.t.c. Note that the male organ stops growing at ages 22-24, some might be lucky till 26 or more. Also ur di*k size is 3times the size of your thumb (so before you complain check ursef).
