My confession:
Sometime ago, i was ministering the gospel to one old man in a village of Anambra state of Nigeria, in fact the gospel moved him so much and he said unto me, my son i have heard what u said and am ready to surrender to Jesus Christ and forsake all my evil ways except one. Then i asked him which one papa? He said lies, that he could not do without lies and will never leave it. When i demanded the reason? The old man told me that A MAN WITH ONE TOGUE (i.e a man who doesnt lie or a man who says the truth intoto) SHALL BE KILLED BY HIS ENEMIES ON HIS WAY OR WHERE THEY AWAITS HIM BECAUSE ANY ROAD HE TELL THEM THAT HE WOULD PASS THROUGH MUST BE WHERE HE MUST FOLLOW. But as i started opening his eyes and breaking his ignorance concerning what God says about a man who says the truth from his heart and a man who lies, i went from bible quotation to quotations with various illustrations. I finally told him that God says this, "anybody who says the truth even when it hurts according to PSALM chapter 15 shall never be shaken nor be harmed at all" To make it short, he cried loud! weeping uncontrolable and i joined him in the chorus of crying and weeping which attracted a lot of people watching at us. The action was too emotional and dramatic, he held me very tight with tears flowing, lamenting that he was was ignoramus and that was why he abandoned God all these while which led him talking and acting like someone in a state of non-compos mentis since, this God works in diverse ways, right there i started an emergency crusade without spending a dime. To save time, he surrendered intoto and embraced Christ from that day and amazinly none of the spectators left that place without surrendering to the architect cum the maker of the universe. Hallelujah! Maybe u are like this old man, leave that particular evil habit/sin and embrace ur maker today and he must be with u in all ramifications.
