Hi pal, I'm currently working with a private organisation in Abuja and my monthly salary is N60k. Last month, my Boss recommeded me for salary increment which is on process right now and the on other hand, my family has been searching for a government job for me and are not in support of me being here alone and far from them. Last week, I was invited for an interview in one of the ministries at my hometown, which was successful and I'm expected to resign from my job within this month so that my entilement can be paid to me as it is the rule of the organisation otherwise it would be forfeited but the issue is that I was told that I would be on salary grade level 6, which I learnt is around N40k but do not know whether allowances is included. Please it is advisable for me to leave the present job to my hometown (state) or should I continue with the organisation though I know it's difficult to advance here since it's private and there is no job security
