Like seriously, what is the problem of some lazy nigerians with this "oyinbo miracle mentality"?. I bump into a big social site yesterday, decided to have fun by registering as a UK citizen and as a female. 2hrs later, my inbox was flooded with over 50 msgs from nigerians. Funny msgs like
1. Pls dear help me, I want to come down to your country. SMH
2. Sweetheart. Pls I want to marry you and settle over there with you, can u do the arrangement?
3. There is crises in nigeria. Bokoharam just bombed my relatives and I am starving, pls help
4. I am a widower with 3kids. I will like to marry you so that my kids can have uK standard guardian
5. Pls I am in a refugee camp in nigeria. I need ur help pls.
6. Pls I inherit a lot of money from my dead parents and I want to transfer it to your account. But my lawyer said u will pay small legal fee.
7. Even ugly girls are sending mails that. " Pls I want to come to UK and act porns. Can u help me?." And so many annoying messages.
Like seriously, why should we continue to paint this country black all in the name of oyinbo help?.
Why shd we always present ourselves to the world that we are suffering and needed oyinbo help?
Why should we continue to let the outside world see us as a scammer?.
No wonder so many whites will say " I block them as soon as I realized he/she is a nigerian..
I believed there are many other nations out there who are also having problems but they will never paint the nations black to outsiders. Seriously SMH
