please i need advice on this

i have dated this girl for some years now and now i want to quit without hurting her so i decided to keep girls outside her, and there is one of them that i have already proposed to. Now i had a serious problem that landed me in jail for 2 months i did not see any of them except that one that i want to dump. she is the one that comes there every week not minding the expenses of transport and everthing. now that am out others have started their usual visiting. please what will i do
