My girl friend made her ex to swear an oath not to break up with her after taking her virginity and which he did. He then, in turn asked my girlfriend to swear that any body that defaults will never have peace in another relations and which she did. Some months later, the guy left the girl. After much begging, the guy refuse to come back. I met my girlfriend later on after the whole incident. What form of covenant has she taken, and is such convenant binding to her (my girlfriend) and is it right for me to be in such relationship?
