Emi (The Spirit) is one of those stories of Jinx and Spiritual husbands (Oko Orun) we hear where women seeking for fruit of the womb, go to unimaginable places to make pledges in desperation to have a child. And when these spirits answer their prayers, they forget to fulfill the promises made and these spirits torment their daughters in return without their mothers knowing what is happening until such lady speaks up.
