Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has fueled relationship rumours with singer, Moses Agboola, better known as Mo Eazy.
The box office Queen took to her Instagram page to celebrate the singer’s mother. Sharing a photo of Mo Eazy and his mother, she prayed for her to live longer as she expressed love for her.
“Happy birthday, mummy. May you live longer in good health and wealth. We love you, mummy @iammoeazy”.
Funke didn’t stop there; she also took to the comment section of Mo Eazy’s Instagram post to celebrate her. The singer had expressed love for his mother while adding that he lacked words to describe his gratitude to her.
“Happy birthday to my Mother.
No words can describe my gratitude.
I love you”.
Commenting under his post, Funke wished her a happy birthday and prayed for more blessings.
“Mummy! Happy birthday to sweet mummy. God bless her more.”
Also commenting, Juliana Olayode, the protege of Funke, wished his mother a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday, mummy. God bless and keep you, Ma”.
This has raised eyebrows on social media as last month, blogger Cutie Julls alleged that the movie star was in a relationship with the singer and his sister was against it.
However, many took to the comment section to defend her as they noted how the actress could find love again.

Funke Akindele has been married twice. She was first married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede in 2013, but they divorced in May 2016, citing irreconcilable differences.
Speaking on it, Funke hinted at being pressured into marriage as she admonished young women against rushing into marriage. She noted how her first marriage ended badly, and it was all over social media, which led her to lose several endorsement deals and broke her down.
Funke Akindele later remarried singer JJC Skillz and welcomed twin boys with him, but the marriage didn’t last, as the couple separated in 2023.
Barely a year after the divorce, JJC Skillz had gotten married to an Ebira woman, identified as Falilat Raji.
Speaking on their separation, Funke Akindele revealed that their vision no longer aligned, and their dreams and vision of what their marriage should be no longer aligned while adding that all efforts to make it work fell on de@f ears; hence, their decision to split.
Despite their separation, the former couple have remained on good terms for their children’s sake.
In a recent interview, Funke revealed why she doesn’t see her divorces as a failure. She explained that her mother, before her demise, taught her that without failure, there can’t be success. The mother of two further revealed her major priority following the divorce.
