BasketMouth's Ex-Wife Elsie Okpocha Takes Stand Against Interference, Asserts Individual Choice

In a recent Instagram post, Elsie Okpocha, former spouse of renowned comedian BasketMouth, candidly addressed her followers regarding the dissolution of her marriage and cautioned against undue interference in her personal affairs.

Amidst a barrage of messages urging her to reconcile with BasketMouth, Okpocha asserted that no woman willingly parts ways with her spouse without earnestly attempting to salvage the relationship. Stressing the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment, she highlighted that the decision to end a union signifies exhaustive efforts to salvage it.

Okpocha firmly warned against unwarranted meddling in her life, underscoring that the termination of a marriage doesn't equate to failure or lack of endeavor. Emphasizing the uniqueness of each circumstance, she urged respect for individual choices in such matters.

This declaration follows the resurgence of a video from December 2022, wherein BasketMouth and Okpocha had adamantly vowed against divorce during an interview with The Wedding Channel Africa. The couple had expressed profound affection for each other, with BasketMouth asserting the endurance of a strong marriage.
