This is so real...a friend approached me for an advice. I know this lady as not promiscuous but I have to be objective in my reasoning/judgement. I have decided to bring this matter here for better analysis/reasoning; y'all know 2 good heads are better than 1. Pls read on... "I'm a strong advocate of one man/one woman kind of relationship. I will never be caught flirting with a lady when I have a relationship. Some 16 months back, I met a calm lady; so down-to-earth and not wayward at all. We started seeing eachother after 2 months of meeting. She's never given me a reason to doubt her (in words or action). She's also a staunch supporter of one man/one woman relationship. Some weeks back, I was feeling funny in my 'balls' (tingle-like sensation). I overlooked it till last week when it wouldn't subside. I decided to go for a general infection diagnosis only to discover I have a moderate growth of Staph. Aureus She was surprised to hear that and wondered where that could have come from. I'm so sure of myself. She's the clean type who would rather not pee than make do with a public toilet (well known host of bacteria). So where could she or I have got this? I am confused; can I trust this babe?

Of course, he's been having unprotected sex with her. He has never seen her with any other guy...no evidence of multi-dating found. She's so straight...I was shocked when I heard too

Poster Anyone can develop a Staph infection, although certain groups of people are at greater risk, including newborn infants, Bosom feeding women, and people with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cancer, vascular disease, and lung disease. Injecting drug users, those with skin injuries or disorders, intravenous catheters, surgical incisions, and those with a weakened immune system all have an increased risk of developing Staph infections.
Just tell him to go get a cure. And the babe should also go for test and treatment.. ITS CURABLE

@DivineProject: I'm aware of the fact that, that bacteria is in our body. I conducted a research on that specific bacteria and found out parts of the body where it freely resides in its host. But the question is: What could have triggered it in that part of his body?

There are different kind of S. aureus. I think your friend contacted the one of segxwal infection and is curable under medical supervision. S. aureus has long been recognized as one of the most important bacteria that cause disease in humans. It is the leading cause of skin and soft tissue infections such as abscesses (boils), furuncles, and cellulitis. Although most staph infections are not serious, S. aureus can cause serious infections such as bloodstream infections, pneumonia, or bone and joint infections.
Trust or no trust is not important, your friend and his girl friend needs medical supervision.
