Its crazy, when my sis went to Naija, My other sis in Naija and her husband had to arrange for security guards to follow them from the airport all the way home, and they had to follow my sis and nephews around everyday and everywhere they went until they came back home..Quite frankly i think naija's security sucks...you basically have to arrange for your own security to guard you..

It really does make one think twice about going home, especially if you ain't got a reliable security for protection.  But thats a shame for someone to have to think twice about going to their own yard ....but i'm still gon go home though, as long as my bro in law got them security guards at hand..so no wahala Cool

am trying to say that the insecurity thing is everywhere in this world - --- its not as if naija is that insecure, after all its more secure than the western world - no terrorist or bombing.....combined with the fact that there are still normal street crimes.........so Naija is not all that insecured, compared to other countries in the world

It's true. Even America is not safe and even the American government tells lies, but the security is much more decreased in Naja when the people you are supposed to trust are the criminals...I've heard many stories of police officers being robbers....if there is no where to turn then what??

What is more important is to think of how to reduce insecurity in Nigeria.the government has a lot to do in this issue.but it becomes more complex when we find top crime fighters involved in criminal activities too.nobody is free.
this can be funny you know.while others are talking about armed robbery or so, others refuse to visit Nigeria because of "juju".I know it is hard to believe, but its true.I have friends over here whose parents insist they should remain here and not think of visiting Nigeria now.the same with others in different countries.
Nigeria is my home, I will definitely go back there after my studies.

Proudly Nigerian.

Its just fear of the unknown -- About the Naija delta -- its a problem of unemployment in that area..... should those guys be busy doing some good job they wont even listen to those idiots that use them to cause problem -- because most of them dont even know what they are fighting for...... it use to be for oil and a dichotomy law which allows them to keep up to half of the profit was implemented....only God knows what else they want...
