I don't know why people are fussing over the decision of the church to make couples intending to marry take a test to determine if they are HIV positive or not. I bet if they offered the couples a million naira to take the test, there will be no fuss about it.

Well i think the idea is a good one, at least more people would know about their status and we can help prevent the spread of HIV. So if you have not gone for the test, i advice you to do so now.

Besides it is not that painful.

all this are craps,wat if after marriage one of the couples contacts it and it comes to notice what happens,dicorce?,to hell with catholics and all this their doctrines,anyway HIV test or no HIV test i believe its GOd that saves people,what if u use condoms or abstain from loose sex or be faithful with your partner,then unknowingly u get it from either a clipper or anything u can think of what happens,the best thing is to always pray for Gods protection,cos no matter how careful u re,if u meant to have it u will n u won't know where it came from.
