Hi,
Someone tell the house if Kegel exercise is really handy in managing premature ejaculation & weak erection ( like innability to go more than once) in men. How is it performed? How do one know he's performing it correctly? What are the early results associated with performing the exercise & how long?

i taught kegal exercise is only for women,squeezing the virginal wall.have never heard its for men too,dont even know if men do kegal exercise too.

dear kegel exercise isn't meant 4 men. women do it.
