In most African States, large number of its Communities are damn filled with dirts.  & for this reason! 'Airborne/Waterborne diseases' becomes common; as those dirts produces innumerous microbes that spreads around.
Though the Climatic factor contributes to this. . . Perhaps! tidying-up Our environments is gonna help reduce the excess typhoid/malaria pandemic in Africa.
