:)divineproject! I concord with ur last phrase. But in term of distinction between leader and a ruler i did accept ur view. Because the are not two different as you said. And trying to associate ruler/tyrant and leader/head,no that's wrong.
Just for clarity this are the dictionary meaning of the words so that you can see.
LEADER: A person who rules or guides or inspires others.
RULER: A person who rules or commands.
HEAD: A person who is in charge.
TYRANT: Any person who exercises power in a cruel way.
