I heard bout dis that in America, a blind governor was sworn in to administer the affairs of new york. So i feel like asking Nigerians if that can happen in our country.

well it depends on the blindness...being blind doesn't always mean that they can't see. There's something called *legally blind.* Means they can see but not as much as regular ppl with normal visions...it just means that they can't see clearly as they should...but still able to do certain things themselves with minimal assistance.

Hell Yes!It all depends on ur conception of blindness.@ me Nigeria has been ruled by blind men from 1914-date....2 me blindness is the inability 2 rightly perceive & positive change ur milieu.In this wise all past rulers of this country,including Yar'dua,are blind,deaf &dumb.
