here i will tell you there is everything can be a complication for high Bp but there is no real cause of high Bp i can tell you some life style changes that can reduce the risk tho
eating health low fat food which will def reduce your LDL and increase your HDL
physical exercise that can help you loose wieght which will also reduce the risk of diabetes which is a risk for high BP try those two and see how it works out

Have you ever thought of what is gonna happen when you pad the inside wall of a hollow tube and pass water through it. The lumen of the tube will be reduced because u padded the inside wall and thus the water will force its way through the tube at a pressure higher than would have been the case if you did not pad the inside wall of the tube. When the inside wall of our blood vessels (basically the arteries) are ''padded'' with fats, the vessels become partially blocked and blood flows through them at a high pressure, so called high blood pressure. Thus avoid fatty foods and red meet 'cos of their high colesterol level. Excesise regularly to burn your excess fats. However, remember that low blood pressure is a worse senerior than high blood pressure!!!!!!!!!!
