It has been a cat-and-mouse kind of existence – the Naval personnel being the cats while the civilians around them are the mice. The relationship is dogged by one incident after another, of civilians being harassed, intimidated, beaten up, maimed so much so that members of the public are beginning to question loudly enough what the Navy are doing in the state.

The physical assaults have become so common they hardly make news anymore.
source   GUARDIAN                    The story is too long and i am not into long things.
Our uniform men must stop this civilian brutality.

If that Naval officer come my way,
i will make use of my akpuobi well.

Madness in the Nigerian force continues! It is growing like wild fire Shocked. Police started it. Each section of Nigerian force want to taste their power on civilian to see if democracy has reduced them to just a defender for the nation or....and to guess how much right civilians have in the new system of governance. Are they trying to let the world see how careless Nigerian leaders are over the civilians because they are not well educated to have known other ways of giving such signal without exposing and abusing their profession Huh?. But, is this an implicit-concern from the less empowered corpse the force who cannot sue their seniors when they observe abnormalities and abuse of order-from-above Shocked  . Can somebody, please, tell me what is actually going on in different section of Nigerian force in the same form, serially  Shocked. Can anybody release a measurement for the amount of carelessness, that will be impartial for the govt in place, since this 'mehem'  started? What has this new govt been doing since this ''misconception of citizenry'' by different section of Nigerian force took a different dimension recently?  All the lovers of democracy and the new govt should join hand in delivering this message to the right ears just for the sake of the sibling peace at the present and for the safety of our new democracy. I love democracy, i like the new govt BUT I HATE CARELESSNESS and LACK OF CONCERN FROM ANYBODY....and any govt....Hence it is not too early to start condemning this salient elimination of human right and reckless threat to the society life. The existing character trait of threatening-behavior-in-Nigeria is that IT ALWAYS START GRADUALLY...........on TILL........it get to the RICH.  let this time not be like others when reaction will come after the Rich Has Started DANCING IN THE CIRCLE OF FEAR-------------------------something should be done NOW Cool Cool Cool
