According to the businessman, the process began with a unique agreement with the landowner. He then worked closely with builders and offered substantial discounts to prospective buyers, creating a win-win situation for all parties involved.

**Starting a Business Without Money**

"You don’t need money to start most businesses," he asserted in the video. "If I can build an estate without one naira in my pocket, challenge me with any business you're doing. You can sell moin-moin and akara this month and make one million naira."

The entrepreneur explained that his approach to constructing the estate involved significant generosity. "I gave the landowner 15 houses. I gave the financier N200 million without touching his money. I offered buyers the houses at half the price. Giving is the secret of wealth!"

His story not only highlights innovative business strategies but also underscores the importance of generosity and smart networking in achieving financial success.
