My name is Kerrick Larkin (a/k/a K-LOCKIN/THE PHOENIX). I create music that is built from experience as well as my interests in the world of today. I started 'spittin' (rapping) at 9 and have spent many years learning the culture of hip-hop from my environment and love of all forms of music. I have exhibited my work in my hometown of Pensacola, FL and Savannah, GA, and now reside in Tallahassee, FL. It is my strong belief in knowing that with GOD and my FAMILY on my side, anything is possible for me to achieve my goal in making my dream come true to become a successful solo artist and performer in the music industry.
