TOO MANY OF US WASTE TIME ON INSIGNIFICANT THINGS THAT, ULTIMATELY, DO NOT MATTER. AT THE END OF OUR LIVES, ARE WE REALLY GOING TO CARE ABOUT TRIFLING BEHAVIOR OF OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES? ARE WE GOING TO CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH OUR CLOTHES COST AND WHAT MATERIAL POSSESSIONS WE OWNED? ARE WE REALLY GOING TO ENTERTAIN THE KIND OF SHALLOW THOUGHTS SO MANY PEOPLE DO ON A DAILY BASIS? WHO LOOK BETTER? WHO MAKES MORE MONEY? WHO THIS WHO THAT? FOR ALL THE SISTERS AND BROTHERS OUT HERE CURRENTLY WASTING TIME, PLEASE STOP. I AM NOT JUST TALKING RELATIONSHIPS THAT OBVIOUSLY ARE HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. I AM TALKING ABOUT THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE GIVEN UP ON HOPES AND ASPIRATIONS; DECIDING TO SETTLE FOR WHATEVER COMES YOUR WAY. YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO BE PROACTIVE AND NOT REACTIVE. LIFE WAITS FOR NO ONE AND THIS IS THE ONLY CHANCE YOU WILL EVER GET TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMAIN IN A DIAL SITUATION-NO MATTER WHAT OTHERS MAY TELL YOU. EIGHT OUT OF TEN OF THEM WILL SAY SOMETHING NEGATIVE OR ATTEMPT TO DISSUADE YOU WHEN YOU DISCUSS YOUR LIFE GOALS WITH THEM. IGNORE THEM. LET THEM GO. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSTIVE PEOPLE WHO HAVE POSTIVE THOUGHTS AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THINGS WILL CHANGE. IN MY LIFE GOD HAS CLOSED A LOT OF DOORS IN MY FACE BECAUSE HE KNEW I WAS HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. THE GOOD PART IS HE OPENED THE RIGHT DOORS AND STEERED ME THE WAY. IF YOUR GUT FEELINGS TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION TURN AROUND BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. IF YOU FOUND SOMEONE WHO MAKES YOUR HEART JUMP A BEAT CONTINOUSLY, WHO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE, I SAY DON'T LET THAT PERSON GO; FOLLOW YOUR HEART, BECAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO LET SOMETHING SO GOOD GET AWAY.
