Listen: The rate of unemployment and poverty keeps increasing at an alarming speed, while the imbalance between work and personal life keeps increasing as people strive to make ends meet, even though they hardly meet. This is a major global concern, but especially in developing countries, like Nigeria Interestingly, over 95 percent of us are either employees or self-employed employees and self-employed individuals are marked to be financially weak. While the big business owners and investors are financially strong. While the latter run things, things run the former. Only 5 percent belong to the latter. But why is that? The world is increasingly delving into health crises. Diabetes, obesity, cancer, and the likes are gaining more ground. Unfortunately we are losing the battle for healthy survival. Interestingly also, our health in the vibrant, tired or sick zone, clearly depends on our eating habits.
